Foam inserts to give your hat the perfect fit!

Pack of 2 or 4

1 insert will bring the circumference in around 1cm.

HOW TO USE HAT FILLERS

    1. Try your new hat on to determine if it is loose or you need extra support
    2. Place the 2 foam filers underneath the sweatband on either side. don't stick them down yet
    3. Try your hat on and check that the sizing is correct and that your hat feels secure
    4. If the hat feels perfect, peel backing off sticker and stick under the sweatband where you feel like you need more support, you can cut the fillers in half for less of a change, or place in 4 spots for a snug fit all round.

Quick guide to working out your perfect hat size.

Determine how you would like to wear your hat

    • Traditional style

Using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of your head as pictured below.

    • Halo style

Using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of your head as pictured below

Once you have determined the size of the hat wearers head, chose a corresponding hat size. We recommend sizing up if you measure on or in-between size and adding hat fillers (from our accessories range) for a perfect fit

E.g if your head measures 55cm we would suggest choosing the 58cm and adding hat fillers

Whats the difference between 'straight' and 'raw' brim?

Straight brim has a structured sewn over edge of the brim to make it sit firmer and straighter. Raw brim is a raw cut to enable a little bit of 'flop'.

             RAW BRIM          STRAIGHT BRIM

What size hat should I purchase?

We highly recommend measuring the hat wearers head circumference, if you measure on the size it would be best to size up and purchase 'hat fillers' from our accessories section. This giving the hat a nice snug fit and room for growth for our little ones.

    Are your hats UPF rated?

We are yet to get our hats officially tested by the ARPSANA, but wool has a minimum 20 to 50 UPF rating.
